Ms. Namira Mohamad

Ms. Namira is the trailblazer for Endometriosis awareness in Singapore. Despite juggling a full-time job, taking care of her elderly parents, and battling multiple chronic conditions (including stage four Endometriosis), she remains upbeat and positive. Her stories of resilience and determination are truly inspiring, and her infectious laughter is a testament to her inner strength.

Ms. Namira's unwavering conviction lies in the fact that we possess the power to determine how pain influences our lives. For her, she chooses to be fully committed to spreading awareness and campaigning for the care that Endometriosis desperately needs.

THE FOUNDER

Since 2012, Ms. Namira has tirelessly worked towards initiating conversations about Endometriosis, despite the topic being considered taboo. She aims to challenge the societal prejudices surrounding infertility and menstruation, which are closely associated with Endometriosis. She firmly believes that having fertility issues does not make a woman any less of a woman and that society should stop grading someone’s worth on how well their reproductive system functions.

Ms. Namira has collaborated with various healthcare professionals, media platforms, and organizations to improve women's wellness, specifically concerning Endometriosis.
